AN OAK TREE ON THE BOUNDARY TO MY PROPERTY AND THE COMMON (ROAD) IS DETERIORATING IN HEALTH AND SHEDDING SIGNIFICANT AREAS OF BARK. I HAVE CONTACTED MR GREG LONG (ARBORIST) WHO HAS IDENTIFIED DEAD & DANGEROUS BRANCHES WHICH ARE OVERHANGING THE ROAD AND HAS BECOME A RISK TO PASSING MOTORISTS, CYCLISTS, AND PEDESTRIANS. THE TREE IS IN DECLINE SO I WOULD LIKE IT REDUCING TO HEDGE LEVEL AND REMOVE THE RISK TO MYSELF, MY FAMILY, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
