Fell This tree is showing signs of rot in the crown where previous work has taken place. The tree has also grown to a size where its branches are starting to shade and interfere with the house structures either side. I am also concerned that the tree roots are starting to invade the drains and footings of Sunny Bank and Auld Well, the neighbouring property. An alternative tree will be planted in its place.
