Eucalyptus: reduce crown from existing height of 23m to 12m - 2m above where the main trunk splits into co-dominant stems. Remaining lower side branches to be shortened in keeping with this - leaving approximately 3m in length but tapered in to the proposed new crown apex.

Beech: Crown lift to provide 3m clearance from adjacent buildings overhead utilities (5.5m measured from patio). Achieve by removing two primary limbs (18cm and 4cm Dia.).

Identified as T1 on the sketch plan. It is an English Oak TPO no.338. The tree is healthy but has developed the "stag's head" common these days on many oaks which in my opinion is down to our changing climate though can also be in part due to stress around root area. Anyway, it has developed dead wood predominantly in the center at the top of the crown and it is this bear wood that we wish to remove for safety reasons aswell as improving the appearance. The largest of these is maximum 3 metres long and approximately 6 inches diameter where it would be removed. There are 5 other smaller dead branches near to this (to the side and below) that are clear to see which we would also like to remove.
