Reduce over extended S/W limb(@ 2m) over footpath by 4m to balance and reduce S/E limb (@4m) over footpath with multiple hazard beams by 4m, to balance and reduce the risk of future failure. Prune back of tree to ensure 2m clearance from neighbouring property.
