Non Material Change application comprising 1) Addition of walkways accessible via stairs around the top of each digestor/store for dome access. This will eliminate the need for later stage temporary scaffolding accessed via ladders and improve accessibility and H&S for roof inspections, surveying and repairs. 2)Increased diameter of the liquid store to allow additional capacity for future anticipated changes in supply and demand (note height is not increased). 3) Reorientation of the feedstock delivery system adjacent to the digestor/store for improved access. 4) Reorientation of the feedstock building roof so that internal building columns can be removed thus improving internal manoeuvrability for lorry deliveries and machinery. 5) Provision of concrete enclosures around pumping equipment between digestor/stores to allow for a weatherproof environment for both equipment and personnel. 6) Palladine security fencing added to the South of the digestor/stores approved under LA10/2016/1073/F

Installation of a containerised CHP unit in association with Anaerobic plant (Approved under LA10/2016/1073/F, LA10/2024/1214/F and LA10/2025/0487/NMC).

Non Material Changes to application LA10/2016/1073/F as follows: 1) Change of colour for finishes from Moss Green to Goosewing Grey. 2) Change of digestor and storage tanks from circular to rectangular and relocation of tank farm to previously approved feedstock storage area. 3) Change from roof mounted biogas storage domes on digesters/storage tanks to fixed concrete roof with a ground mounted biogas storage dome. 4) Change from polythene covered feedstock area with an open feedstock feed mechanism to an enclosed off-loading feedstock mechanism equipped with docking seals and a small covered storage area.
