Flat 14 Oakridge Parkhill Road Torquay TQ1 2DX

T1 English Oak Quercus robur T1 is growing within close proximity of the building Oakridge Retirement apartments opposite flat 14. T1 has been reduced approx. 6 years ago the re growth has started to become heavily weighted. re growth from pruning cuts has a weaker branch union than natural growth. This is more likely to fail and requires maintenance in order to keep the tree safe. There is a busy footpath and car park below the tree as well as being approx. 2m from the building. I would like to reduce this tree to previous points 30% making cuts on vertical growth of up to 15cm and horizontal growth of up to 10cm. this is shown on pic 1 with a red line.

Belton Lodge Higher Lincombe Road Torquay TQ1 2EY

T1 Leylandii x Cupressocyparis leylandii T1 is growing within close proximity of the boundary wall. also overhanging a swimming pool and driveway of Belton house, also overhanging higher Lincombe road slightly. the growing habits of a leylandii is very fast growing with a shallow root system, leylandii are also known to shed overweighed limbs. when growing in a built up area leylandii require maintenance. I would like to reduce t1 by 50% and shown on pictures. this would be making pruning cuts of up to 25cm on vertical growth. this will remove risk of the tree failing and mean it can be kept for privacy and keep the aesthetics it provides the roadside. T2 Eucalyptus Eucalyptus globulus t2 is growing over the pool of Belton house. this tree is in good heath and the overall size of the tree seems to be fine for its surroundings. there is one very heavily weighted limb as marked in pic 2. this limb has grown towards the light and become heavily weighted. I would like to remove 1 primary limb entirely in order to remove the risk of failing above the swimming pool.

Beech Lodge 5 Orchard Close Brixham TQ5 0LS

T1 European lime Tilia x europaea T1 is a mature lime tree that is growing within close proximity of the neighbouring building (within 1m) due to its size limbs are becoming heavily weighted and more likely to fail. Also large amounts of deadwood and debris regularly fall of the roof. T1 is growing very close to a mature beech tree and starting to affect the shape of the beech tree. I would like to reduce T1 by 20% in order to match the final height of the beech tree adjacent. this will keep the tree safe next to building by removing weight from weighted branches. and keep the aesthetics of the trees growing as one canopy. I would also like to remove the lowest primary overhanging the neighbours roof. T2 Beech Fagus sylvatica T2 is a mature beech tree growing within close proximity of beech lodge and the neighbouring property. I would like to reduce t2 by 30% and reshape as marked it pic 1. this will remove risk from heavily weighted branches failing, and reduce the amount the tree catches the wind in a built up area. reducing the risk of the tree while keeping the tree for the aesthetics of the road. this should be maintained every 5 years on a cyclical basis
