Conditions 5 and 6 of 19/01025/FUL Description of works as on application - Replacement dormer windows, secondary glazing to first and second floor windows, additional roof lights and section of flat roof, formation of new entrance door to King Street and replacement of ground floor door with fixed window on Nessgate in building known as 'Ousegate House'. Conditions of approval to be discharged - 5. Prior to the installation of the replacement dormer windows on the King Street elevation, large scale drawings at 1:20 and cross sections at 1:5 of the frame shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval in writing. The frames should be of similar proportions, dimensions and moulding as the existing windows at first floor. Thereafter they shall be fabricated and installed in accordance with these approved details. The window frames shall be in timber with a white painted finish and shall be maintained as such for the lifetime of the development. 6. Prior to first occupation of any residential unit within the development, large scale details of the following elements shall be submitted for approval in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter they shall be manufactured and installed in accordance with these approved details. - New frame for the replacement fixed screen on the corner of Nessgate with Low Ousegate. - New entrance doors and fixed screen on King Street.
