Change existing rooflights (7 no.) on the rear of the property to Velux Heritage Conservation Windows and erection of pergola Erection of a Gazebo on the patio to the right hand side of the property. The gazebo frame will be constructed in green oak with 7?x7? posts and 6?x6? eaves beams. It will have a ridge height of 3.3m. It will be finished with clay roof tiles to match that of the roof of the property.
