Planning application

Wilden Industrial Estate, Unit 24 Wilden Lane Stourport On Severn Worcestershire DY13 9JY

Granted Wyre Forest 23/0233/CLE Cert of Lawful Dev Existing

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Permission was granted under 07/0432/FULL in June 2007 for the 'erection of portable office buildings in existing yard'. Condition 3 stated the permission expired on 19th June 2010 and the portable offices shall be removed and the site restored to its former condition. The portable offices have remained operational on site in excess of 10 years in breach of this planning condition. Given the elapsed time period is in excess of 10 years the lawful presence of the buildings on site has been established.
