Tree 1 - Common Lime - Fell Tree 2 - Sycamore - Fell Tree 3 - Sycamore Fell. They are a danger due to large falling branches; should one of these fall on our children or us, they would inflict a serious injury, and potentially death. There is a public footpath at the back of the property, and someone walking along there could also be struck by a falling branch. In addition, we have a large amount of pigeons using the trees, which are a menace as they carry disease and their droppings get onto the childrens garden toys. It is very difficult to keep everything away from under the trees as they have grown so large, they cover the majority of the garden area.
