Planning application

The Worcestershire St Andrews Road Droitwich Spa

Granted Wychavon 21/01219/TPOA Tree preservation order application (works to)

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

L1/2/3/4 Lime trees across side of property lines, bordering pathways and road. Trees are due to be maintained as per councils specification across the street. Trees to be pollarded to match councils pollarding specifications adjacent. Y1/2/3/4/5/6 - Fell to ground level and grind out stumps. Trees ideally removed to prevent danger to public and residents as foliage and fruits dropping causes slip hazards, also root lift on the pathway is causing hazard to public and will ideally be re laid once trees are removed. Replacement trees to be planted within site in desired/advised location with more suitable species to re-instate greenery lost by removal fo Yew trees. G1 - Car park trees, to be removed and replaced.
