Hornbeam 1 (H1) Reduce the overall crown by approximately 50%, comprising a reduction of up to 4 metres in height and up to 5 metres from the lateral crown spread. Prune back branches extending towards or over neighbouring properties to provide up to approximately 1 metre clearance from the property boundaries, including if this requires a lateral reduction greater than 5 metres. Retain a balanced form where possible given the tree's existing irregular/misgrown form. Remove epicormic growth from the base and lower stems up to approximately 2 metres above ground level. Hornbeam 2 (H2) Remove epicormic growth from the base and lower stem up to approximately 2.5 metres above ground level. Oak Tree - Reduce crown over boundary by up to 2m. The tree is blocking light into the residents garden and is also dropping leaves and branches onto their lawn. The customer has spent a substantial amount of money on landscaping their garden and they would like to keep it in the best possible condition. They also just want to make sure that the tree does not become a nuisance or danger in the future. They like the tree but just down want it to become a nuisance to them.
