06/00627/TPO (T78, T77 & T69) - T1 (T78 on TPO) - Horse Chestnut - Remove epicormic growth from base and main stem. Crown lift, by the removal of secondary branches only to provide 4 metres clearance above the ground level at the base of the tree, and prune back the side of the canopy on the side of the house at 1 Havisham Drive, back to the previous pruning points; T2 (T77 on TPO) - Cedar - Crown lift by the remove of the lowest 'whorl' of branches to provide an appropriate clearance above the garden level at the base of the tree; T3 (T69 on TPO) - Sycamore - Crown reduce on northern, eastern and southern sides by up to 2.5 metres to re balance following recent felling of adjacent tree. Crown lift by the removal of secondary branches only to provide a vertical clearance of up to 4 metres above the level of the raised area of the rear garden. Reason(s): To reduce shading to property and garden. NB. Details of works agreed with applicant via email on 10th June 2021.
