Remove major deadwood (branches exceeding 50mm diameter and 300mm length) and reduce crown by approximately 30% of leaf area, equating to up to 1.5m reduction in radial crown spread and up to 1.5m reduction in height. Works to retain a natural crown shape appropriate to the species in line with BS3998.
