Reduce 2 x lowest branches on eastern side to improve clearance to property T4, Oak â Reduce lateral spread on southern, southeastern and southwestern sides by approximately 2.5 metres leaving a crown spread of 5 - 6 metres from the main stem. Proposed works are due to the asymmetrical nature of the crown and large overextended branches directly over property. T5, Scots Pine â Reduce lowest 2 branches on southern sides by approximately 2.5 metres leaving a spread of 4 metres from main stem. Works are proposed to improve clearance to property. T6, Oak â Remove lowest branch on southern side to main stem. Works are being proposed due to the presence of a large area of decay at the base of the branch.
