APPLICATION FOR WORKS TO PROTECTED TREE(S) TPO REFERENCE: 1445/2012, 2493/2014 75 - English Oak - Monolith to standing dead trunk of approx. 10m in height removing all large dia. dead limbs > 300mm dia. 93 - English Oak - Crown reduce in height by approx. 5m, leaving it no taller than 12m; reduce N canopy lateral extent so no closer than 4.5m from trunk. 133 - Lombardy poplar - Crown reduce in height back to previous topping points at 18m. 134 - 135 - European Larch - Fell moribund, dead trees to ground level. 352 - English Oak - Crown reduce S canopy extent by up to 2m reducing in line with footpath edge, leaving it no closer than 6m from the trunk. 438 - English Oak - Crown lift E canopy extent by reducing small dia. lateral pendulous limbs, reducing by up to 1m to create 2.25m clearance over footpath. 484 - English Oak - Crown lift to 2.5m above footpath by removing subdominant lateral limb emanating from trunk at approx. 2m. 507 - English Oak - Sever and remove ivy from lower 2m of trunk; undertake Resistograph assessment of lower trunk. 521 - Sweet chestnut - Fell tree to ground level. 549 - Norway maple - Remove sub-dominant limb emanating at approx. 2m N side of trunk over hanging Baird Road. 574 - Horse chestnut - Remove N codominant stem at 3m, back to union with main trunk. 636 - Norway maple - Fell tree to ground level. 651 - Silver maple - Crown reduce height and W lateral extent by approx. 3m, leaving it no close than 3m from the trunk and providing an even spread canopy. 666 - Sweet chestnut - Fell to ground level. 674 - Ash - Reduce W canopy extent by 2m leaving it no closer than 3m from trunk. 1038 - Silver maple - Remove specific subdominant limb to beneath canker, leaving it no closer than approx. 3m from union with main trunk. 1113 - Ash - Fell tree to ground level. 1225 - Ash - Reduce W lateral branch at approx. 3m above ground, by up to 2m to clear utilities. 1386 - Ash - Option A: Fell tree to ground level; or Option B: Pollard to approx. 15m tall and 8m in lateral spread from main trunk. 1756 - English oak - Option A: Resistograph lower trunk; or Option B: Crown reduce entire canopy by reduction in height of 5m and reduction in lateral extent of approx. 3m so that no closer than 5m from the trunk. 2583-2584 - English oak - Fell trees to ground level. 2690 - English oak - Cut back and remove failed lateral limb S side of trunk est. dbh 280mm, overhanging boundary. G18 - Ash - Fell one individual ash tree 12m from English oak no. 313 and 19m from English oak no. 312 with fungal fruiting body of Inonotus hispidus at base to ground level. G21 - Various - Crown reduce S canopy lateral extents of group by reducing small dia. limbs no greater than 80mm dia. and topping out one tall drawn up ash specimen (dbh est. 180mm) over hanging road. G27.1 - Sweet chestnut - Fell tree to ground level. G27.2 - English oak - Fell tree to ground level.
