T7, Common Ash – Tip-reduce the outer periphery of a few small branches on the south side sufficient to ensure 1.5m clearance from the neighbouring roof (max 50mm diameter pruning cuts). T10, False Acacia – Remove deadwood. T12, Wild Cherry – Prune the crown to contain at no greater than 8m height and 2.5m radial spread. T14, Leyland Cypress – Crown reduce and maintain crown dimensions to no greater than 12m height and 3.5m radial spread. Crown lift to ensure 3m height clearances from ground level. T15, Leyland Cypress – Crown reduce and maintain crown dimensions to no greater than 12m height and 3.5m radial spread. Crown lift to ensure 3m height clearances from ground level. T16, Ornamental Flowering Plum – Tip-reduce the crown by between 0.5 -1m all over. T17, English Oak - Remove the small broken branch. Trim the adjacent hawthorn shrub close to the fenceline to 2m height and 0.5-1m spread to contain. T19, Elder - Fell/remove and treat stump to prevent regrowth OR coppice and periodically prune to contain. 1-3 years. T22, Elm – Section fell to ground level. T23, Norway Maple – Fell to ground level and grind out stump. T27, Monterey Cypress - Fell and grind out stump. G6, 3 x Apple Trees – Fruit prune, to include reduction of the crown sizes by 3.5m off height and 1.5-2m off lateral spreads. G21, Leyland Cypress - Prune to contain at 10-12m height and 2-3m radial spread (approximately every 2-4 years).
