APPLICATION FOR WORKS TO PROTECTED TREE(S) TPO REFERENCE: 1187/2007 I have spoken to a tree surgeon who has said it would be advisable to cut back to the back fence of our property. This is seriously overhanging in our garden and I am constantly having branches falling in our garden it is nor far from the back of our house now and will be touching the house in the not too distant future. It is causing shading in our garden too.
