Proposal
On 21st September 2010 planning permission was granted, with conditions, by the Council under reference F/2010/1005 for the 'Proposed retention of one mobile home for use as an equestrian workers'. One of the conditions of the planning permission was: Co ndition 3 "The use hereby permitted shall be for a limited period being the period of 3 years from the date of this decision. At the end of this period, the use hereby permitted shall cease, all materials and equipment brought onto the land in connection the use shall be removed, and the land restored in accordance with a scheme previously submitted to and approved of in writing by the local planning authority (unless permission is renewed by a subsequent planning application)". Condition 3 has not been c omplied with. The use is still continuing and the three year period has expired.
