T1 : English Oak - Crown lift to crown break and reduce back over extended limbs over road by up to 3m to balance. (Works subject to TPO/0027/2007) Note : permission not required for deadwood. Reason for works: Removal of deadwood to address potential safety risks from dead branches. Crown lift to the existing crown break to provide appropriate clearance from the highway and improve clearance for passing pedestrians and vehicles. Reduce the extended limbs overhanging the highway by up to 3m, where necessary, to reduce excessive end weight and leverage, maintain a balanced crown and reduce the likelihood of limb failure. Works are intended to retain the tree in a healthy and structurally balanced. condition while maintaining its amenity value.
