Proposal

1. Rhododendron group - Reduce in height by approx.1m to achieve a uniform level at approx. 8ft, where suitable growth points allow. Trim both sides to tidy. 2. Sycamore (within Rhododendron group) - Self-seeded sapling. Fell to near ground level. 3. Cypress (on rockery adjacent to boundary) - Poor co-dominant stem formation (twisted). Dismantle to near ground level. 4. Laurel (on top of rockery) - Remove the lowest four branches over the rockery. Prune all remaining overhang back as hard as possible (by approx. 1m), retaining growth points where possible to retain some form of screening value. (Works within Old Avenue Conservation Area).
