T1 : Quercus robur (Common Oak) - Crown reduction pruning to provide approximately 3 meters clearance between the crown and the dwelling, removing branch growth in contact with, or likely to come into contact with, the building. Remove the eastern lateral limb at approximately 10 meters above ground level exhibiting bark necrosis, as identified within the arboricultural survey. Undertake selective lateral crown reduction of the eastern and south-eastern crown sectors by approximately 3 meters, reducing branch lengths back to suitable secondary growth points in accordance with BS3998:2010. (Work subject to TPO/0005/2020) Note: permission not required for deadwood.
