T2 : Oak positioned on the front northern boundary, on the grass verge on the road side overhanging the main road, Oriental Road as well as overhanging the internal car park of the site - Crown of up to approximately 1m from tips, to the x2 branches over the parking bay No.15 by approximately 3m above ground level to facilitate vehicles in the parking bays.
