To allow clearance from road. T3 Golden cypress under eucalyptus - Fell and grind out stump. T4 Yew - Prune back clear road to stop traffic obstruction. G2 Neighbours groups of cypress - Lift to 5 metres on your property side. To allow construction of pool house granted a certificate of lawfulness. T5 Further single Lawson - Prune to lift to hedge hight on property side. To allow replacement hedging to establish. T6 Lawson on back right - Fell and grind out stump. No significant amenity value. T7 Horse Chestnut - reduce lower canopy by 2 metres house side. To give suitable clearance from property. G3 - Group of 3 Lawson cypress on front boundary - Reduce height by approximately 4 metres and shape into remaining crown. . Work to maintain at a suitable height without reducing the aesthetic value. See attached picture. (Works within Hockering - Conservation Area).
