Proposal
Prior Approval under Part 6 Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for the erection of two agricultural storage barns to replace two existing buildings. The proposal is to erect two new agricultural storage buildings, to replace two agricultural buildings on site. One building will be used to store hay, cropped from the land. The hay will be stored and sold throughout the winter months. The second building will be used to provide secure storage for the machinery and equipment associated with cropping the land and managing the holding.
