Proposal
as per condition 3 approval of tree type and planting schedule are required before the removal of tree 001 (A102 - Proposed Site Plan). We request the permission to be granted to plant a young silver birch tree to match existing tree 002. The tree will be planted in the first planting season after the completion of the building works. Tree to be approx 1-2m in height and will grow at a rate of approx 30-50cm per year thereafter. Location of the tree can be seen on the updated A102 - Proposed site pan drawing to be attached.
