Proposal

Application for a four year temporary planning permission for retention of a fence at Gayton Hall, Gayton, Wirral. The vertical panelled timber fence is located along a 61m length of Gayton Hall's perimeter and is situated flush to an existing boundary/retaining wall, between the existing wall and hedge. The fence will be lowered in height along the wall containing the arched doorway so that it is no higher than the straight sides of the arched doorway, with the arch itself rising above the fence.
