    Facing material to walls shall be a 2-coat exterior render 1:1:6 mix (cement:lime:sand), painted to match existing painted elements of the building using Dulux Trade Weathershield, colour white to match existing painted render on bay window and rear extension. Exposed 2 courses of brickwork below DPC level shall be to match existing house facing bricks. Coping and feature band above door head height shall be reconstituted stone ('Artstone' or similar). Roofing material to be Polyroof Protec System, cold-applied resin roofing, which will be completely concealed by parapet walls, colour light grey. Refer to the attached Product Information and Design Guide. Windows, including folding glazed doors to patio and 2 small side windows, shall be powder-coated aluminium framed, colour mid-grey RAL7001, refer to the attached indicative swatch. Rear window and door to Utility room shall be timber, painted to match existing house window frames exactly.
