Tip reduce east profile of crown to provide up to a maximum of 2 metres clearance to the building structure, tip reduce lower south profile of crown to provide up to a maximum of 2 metres clearance to fence, tip reduce branches encroaching on telephone cable to provide up to a maximum of 1 metre clearance, crown lift over driveway and access track to provide up to a maximum of 4.5 metres height clearance, crown clean to remove broken, dead, damaged and rubbing branches.
