Proposal
(T1) Japanese Pagoda Tree - Tip reduce west aspect of crown only to provide 2 metres clearance to building structure. Crown lift to a maximum of 4.5 metres over driveway access to garage block between numbers 15 and 17 Lexington Avenue. Crown lift to a maximum of 5.3 metres over the carriageway of the public highway. Crown lift secondary and tertiary branches to a maximum of 3 metres over the front gardens, retaining primary branches. Sever ivy at the base of the tree and remove from the stem up to 1 metre above ground level. Remove all dead branches. (T2) Japanese Pagoda Tree - Tip reduce north-east aspect of crown to provide 2 metres clearance to building structure. Tip reduce south-east aspect of crown to provide 1 metre clearance to lamp column. Crown lift to a maximum of 5.3 metres over the carriageway of the public highway. Crown lift secondary and tertiary branches to a maximum of 3 metres over the front gardens, retaining primary branches. Sever ivy at the base of the tree and remove from the stem up to 1 metre above ground level. Remove all dead branches. (003/2010/TPO)
