Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

(T1) Oak. Crown lift to achieve up to 3.5m clearance above ground level, retaining primary branches. Prune to give up to 2m clearance from the main building. Previously reduced branches (circa 3 of them) extending towards the main building on eastern side of crown, prune back to the previous reduction points but leaving some small live twigs/branches at the reduction points to minimise dysfunction of the branch. Prune to give up to 1.5m clearance to the outbuilding which is to the north of the tree. Crown clean - remove any dead and broken branches.
