T5 Horse Chestnut - Reduce three lowest branches over the boundary of no 2 Redwood by 2-2.5 meters to provide clearance to the building, these branches are in order by the lowest from ground level 2.7 meters, 2.9 meters, and 3.1 meters. And diameter at stem union is between 4 and 4.5 inches the reduction would leave the branches at a length of approximately 3-3.5 meters and would be taken back to tertiary points where possible otherwise establishing new points of reduction.
