    T1) Crown lift the lower canopy to achieve a maximum branch clearance of 4.5m above existing ground levels to established reduction points. Crown clean to remove all dead, fractured and hanging branches. Crown thin the canopy of the tree by a maximum 10% removing only crossing, duplicated, diseased branches no greater than 20mm in diameter. T2) Crown lift the lower canopy to achieve a maximum branch clearance of 4.5m above existing ground levels to established reduction points. Crown clean to remove all dead, fractured and hanging branches.T3) Reduce the height of the tree (only) by a maximum length of 2.5m to help alleviate wind-induced stresses upon the included union between the main stem and subsidiary stems. Crown clean to remove all dead, fractured and hanging branches. T4) Reprofile the eastern sector canopy of the tree whilst maintaining the trees natural canopy outline by tip reducing branches back by a maximum length of 2.5m to a suitable anatomical growth point. T6) Crown clean to remove all dead, fractured and hanging branches. Reduce lower canopy back to set established reduction points no higher than 4m above exiting ground levels. Tip reduce branches overhanging 66 Bridle Road back to established reduction points, no higher than 5m above existing ground levels. T7 Crown clean to remove all dead, fractured and hanging branches. T1-T7 remove epicormic growth up to a maximum height of 3m from ground level biannually for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of the decision notice.
