T3 Oak: Remove small diameter regrowth from previous reduction points growing toward 6 Priors Close. Reduce large diameter lateral regrowth overhanging the garden of 6 Priors Close by up to 2m. Crown clean to remove all dead, broken and significantly decayed branches.
