As part of these works, we also provide tree cutting services, where branches and foliage are causing obstruction to cables/wires, and either pose as a danger or impede us from carrying out the required poling works. A small number of branches of the oak trees within the grounds of this property, are causing obstruction to some of the cables leading from DP961 to Pole 1 in attached drawing, which leads towards Casa Fina on this road. We therefore require small amount of pruning to be done to the few branches causing a problem. We are not needing to fell any trees. The tree I would like to carry out the works on are a non native tree. The Eucalyptus has out grown its position and is severely leaning towards 3 properties . The 3 properties that are affected by the tree are the Dog & Crook ,Harlequins hairdressers and 20/22 Brambridge. There is already a TPO on the other Eucalyptus in the car park of the pub which a far healthier looking tree which doesn't affect any of the nearby properties. If the tree is removed I will plant a native species in its place . My neighbours are happy to do the same in there property in there garden. If it is not possible to remove the tree I would like permission to lift the crown and remove some ghost limbs affecting my neighbours. The works would be carried out by a qualified tree surgeon on all aspects of any works.

Due to the location of the tree and poor access, the only method of removal would be to climb and dismantle it rigging the branches from the tree itself. This method is only possible while the tree remains reasonably strong. If the tree is left to decline further then climbing and rigging will be unsafe and the only possible method will be to fell from ground level, which would result in damage to the neighbouring young birch tree that will replace it. There is also a yew and holly in close proximity so felling would cause substantial collateral damage. Attached photos so reduced density within canopy in mid summer, and ganoderma bracket.
