We would like permission to cut this back 2 metres from ground level so that pedestrians can pass easily. Also want to pull off the Ivy which is starting to grow up that tree. Please find attached a Certificate of Lawfulness for an Existing Use or Development (CLEUD) confirming that the planning permission 15/01613/FUL has been lawfully implemented in accordance with condition no. 1. The date of the decision was 9th September 2015 so needed to be implemented by 9th September 2018. The application's description obtained approval for the construction of a ground floor side extension and a first-floor rear extension. Please find attached existing and approved plans. I have implemented the planning application by reason of the construction of the boot room, that formed part of the proposal and is cited on the decision notice. Evidence of the presence of the boot room is shown in the photographs also attached. I have also added the ground floor cloakroom and utility room as shown on the approved plans.
