Insignificant tree, poor form T4 Elm - Dead, remove T5 Sycamore - Crown raise over highway to approximately 5.2m at appropriate points. To give reasonable clearance from the main road T6 Sycamore - Crown raise to give 1-2m clearance over the hedge and 5.2m clearance over the road, all at appropriate points. To give reasonable clearance from main road and hedge.
