Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 & T2 - Beech sp. to reduce the southern lateral canopy by 2m back to pre-existing cuts, stem diameter cuts no greater than 40mm. Trees are leaning towards the building with the objective to allow building clearance and take the weight out of the height allowing some natural light onto the building, which has recently undergone some extensive damp proofing improvements. (Amended) T3 - Beech sp. to Highway crown lift 2.5m over the pathways and 5.5m roadside. Tertiary branch foliage stem diameter cuts no greater than 25mm.
