T1 - Scots Pine. Over mature for setting. Branches to the South touching the property, branches to the Southwest hitting boundary wall. Branches to the North impeding on BT utility lines and Pole. Works Description - Fell. Reason - Disabled child with the need for a Wheelchair; Tree is lifting extensively the block paved driveway under the canopy, coupled with excess pine needles hindering manoeuvring of the chair. This is causing unnecessary and additional stress to the family. Recent trip hazard caused a sprained ankle, Area needs to be made safer so that the child may gain independence which is not possible presently
