Planning application

18A St Faiths Road Winchester Hampshire SO23 9QB

Granted Winchester 25/01844/TPC Tree In A Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

I am writing to you as we're planning to have our magnolia pruned. We are applying for the same kind of work that was previously done on the tree in 2021 with the intention to reduce back to previous points. I would like to add that the healthy growth of the magnolia is impairing the lighting of the street lamp post next to it.
