8 Ashling Gardens Denmead Waterlooville Hampshire PO7 6PR
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Horse Chestnut tree in the back garden of 8 Ashling Gardens, last trimmed approx 3 years ago following investigation for cause of subsidence to 7 and 8 Ashling Gardens. The insurance company recommended trimming of tree every 4 years to maintain tree size and manage risk to property. This was in response to Winchester council declining any request to remove the tree. Attached are insurance details relating to the tree along with drawings of garden. Previous recommended 30% of tree from crown and thinning.
