Planning application

Kingsmead Court Norman Road Winchester Hampshire

Granted Winchester 24/01786/TPC Tree In A Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

(Amended) 1. Tree 1: the sycamore needs trimming back to previous pollarding points. This leaves a 5M high massive crown. 2. Tree 2: this maple needs a dead centre trunk removed as per the photos. The reduction to the remaining tree may be 3M leaving approx 4M extant. 3. T3Removed from application. 4. Trees 4: no real reduction requested. We are looking to remove dead limbs and sections - mostly at the back of house No11. Most of the trees at this boundary are belong to Winchester College and they may ask you for permissions to reduce also.
