Listed building consent is requested for the following work: Bathroom: 1. Wall alterations to modern building fabric to establish a new en-suite to the main bathroom (dividing a room in two with a new wall, blocking up existing doorway, plus 2 new doorways for access 2. Permission for installation of new bathrooms (main and ensuite). Note this will used the existing soil stack / waste and ventilation ducts. own and live at 18 Romsey Road, Winchester, SO23 8TP. In my garden I have a Judas tree which recently split at the trunk and partially fell. It is now held up by a combination of a retaining wall and a tree trunk I have put in to try and keep it up. I had an arborist round to look at the tree and he told me that it is diseased which is probably the reason that it has started to fall. I would like to apply to remove the tree as it is causing cracks in the retaining wall it is leaning on and is likely to fall down if I don't take it down
