The process from here
Permission has been granted, usually subject to conditions listed on the decision notice, some of which must be discharged before work starts. The decision notice on the council portal sets out exactly what was approved.
Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses. Neighbours cannot appeal a grant; challenging one means judicial review of how the decision was made, within tight time limits.
About full applications applications
How this application type works
A full application seeks permission for a complete, detailed proposal in one go: siting, design, access and landscaping are all fixed at this stage. It is the standard route for new buildings, conversions and changes of use. The statutory target is eight weeks for smaller schemes and thirteen weeks for major development, though complex cases often take longer by agreement.

T1 - Pine - Fell due to heavily leaning and compromising the Oak tree directly next to it T2 - Oak - Reduce by 20% target prune of the sides to create a balanced canopy - poor form due to being dominated by neighbouring pine tree N.B. Customer has asked to mention that there are 12 scots and 2 oaks amongst other trees bushes which all have TPO's. The Pines dominate to the detriment of the garden. One oak was suffering from a pine and Mr Girdler came out and agreed we should save the Oak so the Pine was felled. Sadly it was too late as the Oak is now in poor state. Again the same nearly happened with the other Oak branches reaching into the Pine and Mr Girdler came out again and agreed the trunk should come down and foresaw the likelihood of the next trunk interfering with the Oak. At this stage the future of the third trunk leaning toward the house has now come to light. I would like to pull it out and plant a more appropriate tree and tidy the Oak. I would also like to take a longer term view at the rest of the garden trees and come up with a plan as I have a lot of trees leaning dangerously and causing damage to cars etc. I know Mr Girdler has gone but he agreed that 8 of these trees maybe worth removing and new ones needing replanting which I am happy to consider. Can you also consider this within the application please.
