Proposal

The redundant agricultural buildings have previously been approved for conversion to one dwelling under Winchester City Council Reference - 21/03180/PNACOU These buildings are located within a site area of 0.4 Ha in a semi-rural location adjacent to a large vacant garden centre complex and a commercial yard, as well as scattered residential properties. The proposals are to convert these buildings into two dwellings, within the existing footprint and building volume. All proposed habitable rooms have access to adequate natural daylight.
