Proposal
The proposed works are part of the ongoing management of the Oak trees at the property which were subject to a Technical Arborcultural Report in 2017 and has formed the basis of all work undertaken on the oaks at the property. Report attached for info. Oak 1565 T3 . Carry out Crown thinning 5-10%, including reduction of branches to within 3 metres of property. Tip reduction of a minor lower branch that overhangs pavement in Spring Lane by 1m. (Amended) Reason: reduce crown away from utility wires and property. Allow light into property and garden. Reduce hazard from overhanging branch which is less than 3 meters from the pavement. Oak 1565 T4. Carry out Crown thining15% . Reason: reduce crown away from utility wires. Improve structure of crown and allow more light into property and garden. Improve long term health of tree.
