Existing hatchery building to be converted into usable guest accommodation. existing concrete base to be reused. drainage to tie into existing on site drainage. support pads located in existing base will support the proposed new structure. A simple block base and timber framed and insulated structure to be constructed with a a timer roof and tile finish. The building will be clad in treated wood cladding and a rendered base. All windows will be double glazed and the structure will comply with building regulations. 2 log burners are proposed. There use is proposed as occasional. Replace existing out-building Hatchery which has been storm damaged. Replace with single building utilizing the existing concrete base. Providing guest accommodation for visiting family. the proposed replacement building will be divided into 2 separate guest areas. There is on-site drainage with septic tank and water purification system which will take any waste. Access to area already exists via driveway.
