(Amended) Trees have become to widespread for area, encroaching Kwik Fit building and residential property behind, in addition to leaf litter causing issues for guttering. First floor - The new top lit staircase leads to a re-purposed front bedroom an extended landing, enclosed with fire doors leading to: - a bathroom which will retain its sash window, overlooking the double height light-well - a second bedroom accessed via landing with fire rated glazed screen over looking the light- well.
