Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Lawsons Cypress (T1) - fell because of: 1) Excessive shading to property. Damage to lawn and bedding areas - photographs attached. 2) Low Arboricultural value - this tree is a non native species which has a limited lifespan, supports no native species and adds little to the environment. 3) Is precluding the maintenance or replacement of a boundary fence - photographs attached. 4) Is causing damage to the retaining wall, pathway and driveway of the property - photographs attached. 5) Is causing damage to the Public Highway which will expose the tree owner to a potential claim for negligence - photographs attached. 6) Is preventing the legal Right to the Quiet Enjoyment of The Property.
