22/00209/APN Granted
Noyces Copse Greenwood Lane Durley Hampshire
I am applying for the purposes of forestry work under schedule 2 part 6 (forestry Buildings and Operations) of the General Permitted Development Order 1995, however there is no option for this on the form. The formation of a private way is necessary as the existing track used to manage the northern end of the woodland (now known as Noyces Copse) is no longer accessible as the former western side of the woodland, formally known as Longlands Copse was segregated prior to sale. The extension to the existing private way track will enable sufficient access for forestry operations with the use of light 4x4 or ATV vehicles to allow the removal of timber to the main substantial track. A separate prior approval notification has been submitted for the siting of a metal flat-pack storage container, this private way will service the container which will be used to store wheeled equipment such as a wood chipper.
